What We Offer
Three Ways to Build a Clearer Picture
Each format is built around a different context — individual, family, or employer. All of them share the same commitment to clarity without pressure.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How We Approach Every Service
Every Goldyear service is built on one principle: that information should be shared in the terms of the person receiving it, not the person delivering it. We do not begin with a slide deck. We begin with a question — what does the person in front of us actually need to understand?
From that starting point, each session or guide is structured to build knowledge step by step, using examples drawn from the participant's own context where possible. Complex structures are broken into smaller parts. Jargon is replaced with plain description. And nothing is rushed.
The materials that accompany each service are designed to remain useful long after the session ends — whether that is a set of record-keeping templates, a family conversation guide, or a facilitator's outline for workplace delivery.
Listen First
We start by understanding what the person already knows and what they are specifically trying to find out.
Build Step by Step
Information is layered — context first, then detail — so nothing is overwhelming and everything connects.
Leave Something Useful
Every service includes materials designed to be revisited — not filed away and forgotten after a week.
Welcome Questions Always
There is no moment in a Goldyear session when a question is unwelcome. That is a design principle, not a courtesy.
Individual
Getting Organised: Starter Session
A welcoming one-on-one session that helps you map out which documents and accounts you hold and how to keep an orderly personal record. It is focused entirely on organisation and clarity — not on interpreting documents or guiding choices.
- Personal inventory of pension-related documents
- Simple templates to maintain records going forward
- Identification of gaps worth noting for future reference
- Plain-language glossary of common terms included
Family
Family Conversation Guide
A printed and digital guide — with an optional facilitated walkthrough — that helps families discuss later-life plans kindly and clearly. It provides prompts and a structure for the conversation, not recommendations. Designed to make a sensitive topic something a family can approach together without discomfort.
- Printed guide with clear chapter structure
- Digital version included for sharing between family members
- Conversation prompts designed for different dynamics
- Optional one-hour walkthrough session available
Employer / B2B
Workplace Information Programme
A programme for employers who want to host informative sessions for staff on understanding workplace retirement benefits in plain terms. We provide content, slides, and a facilitator's outline focused on clear communication. Materials are packaged for reuse across multiple staff cohorts.
- Session content adapted to the employer's benefit structure
- Slide deck in editable format
- Facilitator's outline for internal delivery
- Staff handout — plain-language summary to take home

How We Work
Standards Across All Services
Privacy by Default
Information shared during sessions is used only to deliver the service. Nothing is passed to third parties, and personal details are not retained beyond operational need.
No Advice Given
All three services are information and education. We do not advise on specific products, interpret legal documents, or recommend any financial action.
Updated Content
All materials are reviewed at least twice per year to reflect changes in Thai pension regulations and workplace benefit structures.
Flexible Scheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty. We understand that circumstances change and do not penalise participants for needing to adjust timing.
Post-Session Questions Welcome
Questions that arise after a session ends are welcome by email. A short clarification that helps something click is worth providing.
Published Pricing
All prices are published in advance and in Thai Baht. There are no hidden charges, conditional fees, or post-session billing adjustments.
