The guide provides conversation prompts and a gentle structure that families can follow at their own pace. An optional walkthrough session with a Goldyear facilitator is available for those who prefer a more guided approach. The guide does not recommend any specific decisions — it simply helps the conversation happen.

Yes. The materials — slides, content packs, and facilitator outline — are designed to be reusable. Employers receive a packaged set they can deliver to multiple staff cohorts without returning to us for each session.

Sessions typically run between 60 and 90 minutes, though there is no strict endpoint. If more time is needed to cover the material comfortably, we accommodate that within reason.
